Join alumni and friends in the heart of Toronto's stylish King West district to learn more about Contrarian Investing and how it could improve your investment portfolio. This event will be hosted by Dr. Michael Milde, Dean, Faculty of Arts & Humanities. Benj has been investing in stocks for more than 35 years and specializes in startup businesses and corporate turnarounds. His investment returns are amongst the highest, both short- term and long-term, in North America. Gallander is the author of The Uncommon Investor III: How to Earn Superior Returns in the Stock Market Despite Everything, The Contrarian Investor's 13: How to Earn Superior Returns in the Stock Market and The Canadian Small Business Survival Guide. He also writes a regular column for The Globe and Mail and Canadian MoneySaver, appears frequently on BNN, and has appeared on CNN and CBC This Morning.
