DiValentin, BA'96, this interactive dinner will walk you through general
etiquette practice with a focus on table manners and the finer points of formal
dining. Bring your appetite and your sense of humour. This etiquette boot camp
is guaranteed to get you into shape!
Dinner begins at 5:00 p.m.
Complimentary return transportation to Aroma will be provided to guests of the
event leaving Alumni Hall at 4:30 p.m. sharp.
Menu
Soup and Salad:
- Butternut Squash Soup
- Market Salad, mixed greens with julienne carrots, vine
tomatoes, white balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Choice of Entrée:
- Roasted Chicken Breast with a red wine and mushroom cream sauce, potatoes and vegetables
- Baked Tilapia with a lemon and dill butter sauce, saffron rice and vegetables
- Mediterranean Quinoa with mixed grilled vegetables, beans and topped with sweet potato curls *this dish is both vegan and vegetarian
Dessert:
- A variety of assorted Aroma desserts
- Freshly brewed Coffee & Tea
Tickets are $30 in advance and include your meal and standard gratuities.
Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Bus transportation available from campus departing from Alumni Hall at 4:30 p.m. with return transportation to Alumni Hall following the event. Limited number of bus seats.
