Chewing the Fat on Obesity

Jennifer Irwin 155x155Exercise and healthy eating are critical in achieving optimal bodyweight. However, new research shows that for some, choosing whether or not to adopt these habits depends less on willpower and more on our relationships with ourselves.

Jennifer Irwin, health studies professor at Western, will explore the important questions that need to be asked to get to the root of our bodyweight challenges.

The University of Western Ontario is proud to present Classes Without Quizzes, a complimentary lecture series for the community.

Join us for topical, entertaining and insightful monthly lectures by some of Western's leading faculty, taking place in various locations throughout the London area from October 2011 to March 2012.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and lecture begins at 7:00 p.m.
