Western Alumni Career Management invites you to join distinguished facilitator and mediator Janine Higgins for How to Talk So People Listen. Targeted for professionals looking to learn powerful communication techniques, Janine's session offers tangible, effective, practical strategies to engage others and deliver clear messages.
Tickets are $20 per person. Limited spots available! Please register online by Friday, August 7, 2015.
Speaker spotlight: Janine A. Higgins is a chartered mediator, an accredited family mediator and a former corporate commercial lawyer. She teaches courses for educational institutions, governments, corporations and organizations throughout Ontario and in several other provinces. In 1994, Janine began conducting training for Continuing Studies at the University of Western Ontario, where she is the architect and principal instructor of its Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate Program.
