Steve Seguin is Director of Products for LBMX Inc., a software company based in London, Ontario with clients throughout Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Heading a team of developers, quality assurance specialists, analysts, designers, architects, and marketing associates, Steve is responsible for the design, development, and marketing of all LBMX software products from conception to end of life.

Prior to LBMX, Steve served as the senior product manager for Activant Solutions (Canada). His software career also includes roles in business analytics, project management, and quality assurance. With an MA in History from Western, Steve is passionate about helping Arts and Social Science graduates start careers in software development and IT – careers most of these students never realized they were well-suited for. In his spare time, Steve is actively involved in the theatre arts community as a writer, performer, and board member for various theatre organizations and festivals.

After completing a BSc in Applied Mathematics (Western, 1985), Mira carried on to complete an MBA in Finance (McMaster, 1987), following her love of numbers. After spending about ten years in financial and strategic management with Fortune 500 companies, Mira established her own consultancy, focussing on implementation of business process improvement initiatives in the Financial Services Industry. Today, she is a facilitator and team builder - leading, developing and motivating teams to implement major change initiatives. She is most passionate about working with young women who are navigating a complex and political corporate world to get ahead in their careers. She recently founded Bloom (www.bloomcoaching.ca) to facilitate this mission.

Mira is a health and wellness junkie. She has contributed to the work of the Parkwood Hospital Foundation, St Joseph's Hospital Foundation, Wellspring London, and Hope's Garden through various committee and board appointments. Having become an avid runner and cyclist, Mira thrives on pushing boundaries, and is proud of having completed the 200km+ Ride to Conquer Cancer, as well as both the Chicago and Boston Marathon.

After a very satisfying career in public education from which she retired as an elementary school principal in 2008, Wendy embarked on her doctorate in Curriculum Studies. She now teaches in both the preservice and professional graduate programs at the Western Faculty of Education primarily in the areas of assessment, early childhood education, and leadership.

As a researcher, she is involved in literacies projects that stem from her work with teachers and students in public schools. Wendy is very involved in her community on advocacy projects with the Low German speaking Mennonite population, sitting as a Director for London Bridge Child Care Services, and walking in the Relay for Life raising funds for cancer research.
