Lunch and Learn Peter Sherriff

Western Alumni Career Management invites you to join distinguished facilitator Peter Sherriff for The Power of Questions.

Tailored for professionals looking to increase their effectiveness at work, this session will empower you to enhance success in your professional life with a focus on practical strategy that inspires creativity and enables you to be an influencer. Discover how using strategic questions can finesse your decision making skills and help you navigate problematic barriers with success.

Note: please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in with your meal for a noon start time. Out of respect for all of our participants and the facilitator, please plan to stay until the session ends at 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are $25 per person and include lunch. Please register online by Tuesday, August 9, 2016.

Speaker Spotlight:
Peter has been with the Ontario Public Service for over 30 years, and has held Senior Leadership and Management positions in several different provincial ministries.  Peter was previously the Deputy Director and the Chief Instructor of the Leadership Development Unit at the Ontario Police College (OPC).  Prior to joining the OPC, he was the Regional Manager with The Centre For Leadership and Learning.

Peter's passion is for helping learners engage in active learning. His background is in Leadership Development, Facilitation, Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Executive Coaching.  He is a Master Facilitator, and led Ontario's Pre-Budget Consultation, and was the Lead Facilitator for the Postsecondary Education Review with former Premier Bob Rae.

Peter has a certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.
