Celebrate Founder's Day in Toronto - sold out
|
Please note that this event is sold out. Join Western alumni and friends to commemorate Founder’s Day at one the Seven Wonders of our Modern World. Enjoy magnificent views of Toronto 342m below! Our event takes place in Horizons, which is located on the Lookout Level of the CN Tower. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy the CN Tower's famous Glass Floor Level. Delicious appetizers will be provided along with one complimentary beer, wine or soft drink per person. A cash bar will be available. Founder’s Day is celebrated annually by the Western community on March 7. It is a time for Western to remember the contributions of its founders and celebrate our students, staff, faculty and alumni and their accomplishments. One of Canada’s oldest universities, Western was founded on March 7, 1878 when the UWO Act was proclaimed. To commemorate this day, members of the Alumni Association have developed a grassroots initiative to promote Founder’s Day. Join Founder's Day on Social Media
