Dr. Jessica Metcalfe
Have you ever thought about how you speak to yourself - the words you choose or the tone of your inner voice? The way we speak to ourselves matters. Sometimes our inner critic can be motivating, but it can also impact our wellbeing.

In this discussion, Dr. Jessica Metcalfe unveils strategies to untangle the complexities of your inner voice. You will unravel threads of imposter syndrome, perfectionism, burnout and that haunting inner critic.

Participants will:
  • Dissect the roots of imposter syndrome, recognize its manifestations and develop strategies to navigate its grip on self-worth.
  • Develop techniques to combat the downsides of perfectionism by recognizing its connection to your inner voice.
  • Explore the link between perfectionism and burnout, and acquire tools to manage stress, cultivate balance and restore wellbeing.
  • Learn to disarm the inner critic's negative influence by transforming it into a constructive force that nurtures growth and aspirations.
