Classes without Quizzes: Lifestyle Choices and Health
|
Lifestyle Choices and Health Many health concerns of the 21st century, including the obesity epidemic, can be traced to lifestyle choices, especially what we eat and how much we exercise. Peter Lemon, Director of Western’s Exercise Nutrition Research Laboratory, will discuss recent scientific findings that show we can have considerable control over what ails us by making a few changes to how we live. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The lecture will begin at 7:00 p.m. Please register online by Monday, January 6, 2014. Please contact Alumni Western if you require information in an alternate format, or if any other arrangements can make this event accessible to you.
