Continue your professional learning with us this fall.

Designed for people who avoid difficult conversations or aren’t getting the results they want, this workshop focuses on interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence and problem solving. Learn how you can successfully lead difficult conversations using proven models that will increase your comfort level and effectiveness.

Note: We welcome you to arrive as early as 11:30 to settle in with your meal for a noon start time. Out of respect for all of our participants and the facilitator, please plan to stay until the session ends at 1:30 p.m.

$30 per person (includes lunch). Please register online. Space is limited.

To lessen the imprint on our environment, we ask that you please bring a reusable water bottle. A filling station is available. 

Facilitated by Janine Higgins
Janine A. Higgins is a chartered mediator, an accredited family mediator and a former corporate commercial lawyer. She teaches courses for educational institutions, governments, corporations and organizations throughout Ontario and in several other provinces. In 1994, Janine began conducting training for Continuing Studies at the University of Western Ontario, where she is the architect and principal instructor of its Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate Program.
