Current students are invited to stop by The Wave, grab a coffee and engage in some casual career conversation with guest alumni networkers. This is the perfect place to ask questions and start making some connections!

There is no cost to attend this complimentary event, and the coffee and treats are on us. Students are requested to register online.

Radek Rybicki is a professional Chemical engineer whose focus is on industrial analytics/data science and continuous improvement. He currently works for a Fortune 500 food ingredients company where he discovers and implements cost and efficiency tactics through manufacturing plant data (i.e. Big Data).

Prior to Ingredion, Radek worked for Ontario Power Generation, where he performed nuclear risk analysis, as well as a plastics-to-products company based in Berlin, and a mobile dermatology company based in Sweden, the latter two being venture-backed start-ups.

Radek’s passions include audiobooks, tennis, trail running, and discovering how technology can help solve the world's large problems. He is convinced he will have the opportunity to travel to space during his lifetime.

Sandra joined the City of London in a new role as Managing Director, Housing, Social Services and Dearness Home in May 2013. Responsibilities include oversight of all social and affordable housing programs, social assistance and long term care facility, the Dearness Home. Sandra is one of ten members of the city's Senior Leadership team, working with the City Manager and elected officials.

Prior to joining the city, she held positions with the Province of Ontario, as a Regional Director Ministries of Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Children and Youth Service and with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, West Region. Sandra served as the Director of Ontario Works and Social Housing for the City of St. Thomas from 2006 to 2010. Sandra is active in her community: she is the current President of the Alumni Association of Huron University College and also sits on Huron's Executive Board. Sandra also enjoys volunteering at St. Joseph's Hospice in London.
