Celebrate Homecoming with the grand opening of the new Music Building! Amit Chakma, President and Vice-Chancellor, and Betty Anne Younker, Dean, Don Wright Faculty of Music cordially invite you to attend the grand opening of the Music Building at Western University. With a growing number of student concerts and events, the new Music Building adds 9,500 square
feet of much needed usable space. The new building houses a newly built von Kuster Hall, recording studios, offices, practice rooms and rehearsal spaces. The building recognizes the Don Wright Faculty of Music and Western University's commitment
to artistic and scholarly excellence while providing the highest quality of creative and scholarly experiences for aspiring musicians at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as amateur musicians from the community ranging in age from elementary school students to seniors.
Remarks begin at 4:00 p.m. Reception to follow the remarks. Please register online by Friday, October 12, 2018. Registered guests will be seated first. Driving or taking the LTC to campus? Effective October 18, University Drive Bridge will be closed to all motorized vehicles for the next few months. The bridge will remain open and is safe for pedestrians and cyclists.
