Dr. Jessica Metcalfe is the author of Speak Kindly, You're Listening and was named one of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 - Professionals by the Women's Executive Network in 2023. She teaches self-intelligence and relational intelligence by bridging the gap between leadership skills and workplace culture. Her book teaches high achievers how to understand why and what their inner voice is saying to prevent self-sabotaging behaviours and burnout.
