Learn how mediation skills and processes can help others resolve their disputes. Prepare for and facilitate an interest-based mediation to help parties reach a mutually beneficial resolution. Practice the communication skills and interventions that are required for mediating disputes. Topics:
What to Expect This is an interactive course; you will engage online with your class and instructor through our online learning management system. Plan to log into your course regularly throughout the week. There will be six live Zoom sessions in this course.
