President's Reception in Calgary featuring Heather Campbell

President Alan Shepard invites you and a guest to join us for a reception with fellow alumni and friends.
The evening will feature a brief keynote from Heather Campbell, BESc'96, Executive Director, Clean Technology with Alberta Innovates. Heather has had a diverse, three decades long energy career in a full range of energy industries. She will be speaking about the transformative potential of clean technology.
Complimentary canapés and refreshments will be served. Registration is appreciated by Monday, March 20, 2023.
![]() Heather Campbell, BESc'96 Heather is an engaged, lifelong community volunteer, actively sharing her talents, resources and time by participating and often leading a purposely diverse range of organizations. Heather is a board director with Calgary’s performing arts centre Arts Commons, a member of the Advisory Council for Western Engineering, and a Commissioner with the Calgary Police Commission. Heather performs two clean technology advisory roles: an advisory council member of the B.C. Centre for Innovation and Clean Energy and an advisory board member of the National Research Council of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program. She is the former co-chair of Alberta’s Anti-Racism Advisory Council and has been awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
