Globally, two-thirds of people rate happiness as their top priority; however, research shows that happiness levels are at an all-time low, particularly in these unprecedented times of change and uncertainty. The latest research indicates that happiness and resilience are powerful skills that can be developed and nurtured when they are coupled with the right evidence-based information. In this webinar, you'll learn tools and strategies to curb fear and anxiety, build resilience, and cultivate happiness so that you can flourish both personally and professionally.

3 key learning objectives:
1. Learn what you need to know about happiness and resilience, based on the current research.
2. Examine tools and strategies to curb fear and anxiety, build resilience, and boost happiness.
3. Identify barriers and challenges that contribute to fear, stress, and burnout - and learn how to successfully overcome them.

The registration for this webinar is complimentary.

Registered participants will be provided login details by email to join the zoom webinar using a computer or any mobile device. Be sure to sign in on April 30, 2020 at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to participate in the webinar.
