Problem-Solving
We make hundreds of decisions each day. Some are as simple as what to eat for lunch. Others, like selecting a new hire, are more complicted and may have far-reaching consequences. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the number of available options. Indecisiveness can creep in, often followed by a sense of regret that we may have made the 'wrong' choice.

Inspire others to develop and exercise innovation and creativity in problem-solving: an essential skill in today's fast-paced and complex world. Understand why people make the decisions they do and what the key drivers are in order to begin to develop strategies that will uncover the innovation and creativity within your organization.
