4. WINNER SELECTION:
Random Draw: Three (3) winning Entries will be randomly selected using a random-number generator and the combined excel list of all entries received by the Sponsor’s servers during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, in the order of Third Prize, Second Prize, and Grand Prize (each a “Selected Entry”). The names of students associated with the selected Entries will be announced during halftime of the Homecoming Football Game held by Western University on September 24, 2022 in the Western Alumni Stadium. In addition, the student associated with each Selected Entry will be notified by e-mail using their student email address as listed in Western’s Student Directory. The student must then report to the Homecoming Tuition Draw Booth within 20 minutes to claim the Prize and then answer a skill testing math question. Should the student fail to claim the Prize within 20 minutes, or should the student fail to correctly answer the skill testing math question, then the student’s Entry shall become ineligible to win the Prize. Should a selected entrant be found ineligible to win, another eligible Entry will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from the remaining entries. The name of the student associated with the next eligible Entry selected by Sponsor will be notified by e-mail using their student email address as listed in Western’s Student Directory. The student must report to the Homecoming Tuition Draw Booth within 20 minutes to claim the Prize and then answer a skill testing math question. Should the student fail to claim the Prize within 20 minutes or should the student fail to correctly answer the skill testing math question, then the student’s Entry shall become ineligible to win the Prize and Sponsor will select another selected Entry to win the Prize in accordance with this provision. A student (i) whose Entry is selected to win a Prize, (ii) who is notified by e-mail, (iii) who claims the Prize within 20 minutes of Sponsor’s e-mail being sent, and (iv) who correctly answers the skill testing math question, will then become an eligible prize winner (“Eligible Prize Winner”). There shall be a total of three (3) Eligible Prize Winners.
5. DECLARATION OF WINNERS:
